Ever ask yourself, "I just got a new G-sync monitor, so what settings should I tweak? Should I turn Vsync off, or on?"

This video shows you a few quick tweaks and setup for your new monitor.

In regards FPS limit:
Using RivaTuner to set 2-3 FPS below your display's max refresh rate.

For 100hz monitor, limit @ 98.
For 120hz monitor, limit @ 118.
For 144hz monitor, limit @ 142.
etc...
This ensures Gsync remains in effect :)
