• Notes about this mod:
- Starting on the first mission, a Sentinel is parked on the bridge instead of the Kuruma, 8-Ball doesn't go in the car and Claude doesn't have a prison outfit.
- Claude has a beta face model as seen in the early trailers. (Unlike the second model, it's the same model in the final but he didn't have black gloves.)
- The Diablos and Triads has beta gang outfits.
- All of the vehicles has beta colors and tire wheels including the blue cop cars and bright yellow taxis.
- The Banshee, Cheetah, Sentinel, Kuruma, and Blista vehicles spawn in Portland. (Note: The unfinished Blista model get totaled very quickly if hitting the wall one or two times fast.)
- The HUD and map has different color as well of the beta time cycle seen in early trailers.
- There's no trees in Belleville Park on Staunton Island.
- The Cafe and the other empty building where the stunt jump and hidden package hasn't been added in yet.
- Esperanto vehicles has hydraulics before removed in the final.
- The big plane in Francis Inti. Airport in Shoreside Vale is destroyable. (Just like destroying a dodo in the sky you get 4 wanted level stars.)
- 3 songs from Head Radio and Lips 106: Back to the Streets, Carry Me Off, and Wash Em' Off were removed due to their music copyrights; also, Da Shootaz (GTA 1 Theme) was added in later and Tom Novy was supposed to make an appearance in the game.
