First it is the best if you already have a Cartel Cruiser
stored in your garage and begin the mission with it.

Before entering the Cartel compound jump on the roof
of Cartel Cruiser and then take care of all the visible
Columbians.

Then go next in and take cover and kill the rest.

You can use the Cartel Cruisers as a substitute
and then Colombians won't attack you if you're standing
behind the car but you can kill them this way
without being exposed. You can either kill them or blow
up the car. The doors will open up when you're on foot though.

You can also use shotgun or M4 but the previous
way with using Cartel Cruisers is less risky.
As you might kill Old oriental Gentleman on mistake
with those weapons when without cover.

You also can't use Shotgun if you're hiding
behind Cartel Cruisers.

You can blow up the cars if you can't
always reach the Cartels. You have
three Cartel Cruisers on your disposal.
