Although the player is instructed to obtain the police boat at
the Callahan Point pier, the player
can commandeer any of the police boats in other locations
(such as from a Torrington dock) to proceed.



Way 1: Use a sniper and arrive from the front so
he'll be driving towards you and you can easily
destroy him.





Way 2: Use M4 or rocket launcher and
arrive from the front so
he'll be driving towards you and you can easily
destroy him.




Way 3: Chase him and shoot him with Predator
Don't stay too close to the enemy's boat,
try to fire at him from a safe distance, and take
full advantage of straight lines in the chase
(much like you did previously in the mission Paparazzi Purge).


Way 4: Just chase him and dodge all the barrels when
he runs out of them he will land and try to escape with a car.
That's when you can easily kill him.
