For this mission I have used AP Cheetah.

It is good to use bullet-proof or damage-proof car during this mission.

Keep crashing into the ambulance untill McAffrey falls out then you can
go solve your problems with wanted level.

You can ram him with vehicles , explosions , grenades and rocket launcher
also work.

It is also better if McAffrey bails out in area
where no hostile gangs spawn.
