Shortly after eliminating Curly Bob, Claude returns to Salvatore's house, with Salvatore revealing that Colombian cartel posesses significantly more manpower and better weapons than them, both being financed by a massive influx of money made from selling SPANK before asking Claude to destroy a large tanker moored in the Portland Harbor near which Bob met up with Catalina and Miguel shortly before being killed in order to weaken the Colombians by severing them from their drug income, having deduced that the ship is most likely used for the production of SPANK by the cartel, also telling him to take 8-Ball along due to his expertise with the explosives. Upon arriving at 8-Ball's home and workshop in Harwood, Claude is told that he'll need to front 100,000 dollars in order to get the explosive needed for the job...
