As you can see from MSI Afterburner overlay major bottleneck in my system is CPU. Its load is 100% most of the time so it limits game performance. RAM is the second, I recommend playing with at least 6 gigs of RAM. But game has good optimisation and if your laptop has faster CPU (any generation Core i3, Core i5 or Core i7) you could easily set some settings on high instead of standard.
