Gold Medal requirement :
Not a Scratch : Deliver the repo car with minimal damage
Focused : Use Franklin's special ability for 7 seconds
Winner : Win the race against Lamar
We Come In Peace : Avoid hitting the aliens at the movie studio

Game : When the mission starts, Franklin and Lamar walk over to the two cars behind the house and Franklin (that is you) has to choose a car. Then Lamar starts a short race with some obstacles. We have to race with Lamar and we should use Franklin special ability some time in order to get gold medal. After finishing the race Lamar escapes and we have to escape the cops as we will be wanted and after clearing wanted level. we have to deliver the car to Simeon's dealership. Then go out and get into your car and reach safehouse and finish the mission.
