This Random Event is located in an alleyway in the Alta area. A young woman is about to get robbed at gunpoint and you need to step in and help her.
The mugger won't move away from the woman, so just point and shoot at him to take him down or slam him with your vehicle.
The young woman will thank you and go on her merry way. In return, you get NOTHING.
