This Random Event is located just outside of Bolingbroke Penitentiary. A member of the Lost gang will signal for help after a little scuffle with the Police sheriff.
As you take the biker to his requested location, you'll be pegged with a 2-star Wanted rating down the road. Evade the cops by veering off the road and into the grassy areas.
When the coast is clear, drive the biker to his hangout near Vinewood to complete the Random Event. For your troubles, he gives you nothing in return.
