#2: Open Cmd, type these commands (WARNING: it may disconnect your internet for a while if your not expert in computing dont do this)
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

if mouse cursor stucks or interface hangs on authorization page hangs

Tip:
YOu can use tab and space to navigate to fields and enter.
to pass this

Fix #2
Method 1: \ Documents \ Rockstar Games \ GTA V and delete the settings.xml file there.
Method 2: Check the game for the integrity of the files
