recently there has been some screen shots going around the internet of messages people have been recieving in game while playing gta online. the message appears to be from rockstar stating that GTA 6 is coming out in 2019. many of you will most likely not recieve this message however because players on last gen and pc are the only ones getting them, not on ps4 or xbox1. why? because these messages are infact fact fake. The Reason they are only showing up on last gen and pc is because modders are able to send these in game messages through various mod menu's.

lets keep in mind we are talking about a studio who has pushed back the released of Red Dead Redemption Several times because of the epic size of this massive project. theres no way that rockstar would have the man power to be also working on gta 6 while simultaneously working on red dead 2 and also maintaining and updating gta 5.

In fact rockstar used to be made up of several different studios who all worked on various games such as rockstar north who works on the gta series, rockstar san diego whose focus is red dead redemption and rockstar vancuver who developed Bully, But in order to finshed rdr2, rockstar has actually consolidated all of its studios into one team for this Incredibly immersive experience and is releasing read dead 2 simplay as a "rockstar games production" where normally a rockstar game would be credited to one specific studio.
