The car clip glitch (don't have a proper name for it) allows you to clip through any wall in the game. And here I use this glitch to clip into the warehouse in Chan's final mission. Inside the warehouse are a bunch of props, the structure is there, IE all the walls and etc but they are invisible for some reason.

On the PSP version you can do the same glitch but access more interiors, the weed farm from Factory Fun and the studio from Sources. Although you might need the 3d cam mod to actually see inside those as the camera is outside the building.
