The shadows and textures look weird in these enbseries graphic mods for me. The original game looks way better but i think its too dark and grey so the DayL mod removed that alittle, click link above for that mod.

WARNING! Cop sirens are not working with this mod, you can fix it with modifying Zolikapatch.ini file, set CopSirensFlag to 0. I got however texture problems after doing this but after reinstalling game, and also downloading latest ZolikaPatch and following instructions in readme it now seems to work again!

Note: iCEnhancer 4 Graphics mod is coming soon and might be better than this!

This mod should be high fps, lagg free & smooth! But my low-end PC is alittle too weak when recording at the same time, so textures load pretty slow, i average 40-70fps

Super easy installation guide here:

1. You need to downgrade to version 1.0.4 if you havent. (no mods, clean install)

2. While using Downgrader as admin, select Simple Traffic Loader, xliveless, ZMenuIV, ZolikaPatch when asked to do so and underneath there is a small tick box for "Download and install prerequisities" that you select.

3. Be ready for directx window popup during install, select "YES TO ALL".

4. Download this ENB Graphics + icenhancer 1.25 mod made by Vucko 10K:

(yes its older but its the only one that works properly for my laptop and looks really good, it has fix for motion blur and anti aliasing, unlike most others)

5. Check readme in download on how to install Vucko 10K ENB graphics mod. Use 7zip to unpack.

Start game with "PlayGTAIV.exe" in GTA IV folder (u can put shortcut on start page), run as administrator.

6. Copy my game Graphic settings or adjust to ur own liking, turn off "Definition" to get motion blur and more FPS (its still sharp with this Vucko 10K graphics mod)

7. If you have better high end PC you can install more mods like high texture packs, car packs, DKT70 road maps, HD trees, weapon mod and so on..

i tried vulkan dxvk, but i couldnt get it to work on my laptop. There is also "Fusion fix" which fixes alot of the bugginess and bad shadows flickering etc. but it doesnt seem to work either. Might work for you, not sure if it works with ENB series or iCEhancer tho.

7. Finnished! Press F7 to select the settings i showed in Zmenu, for ex. Custom cameras, FPS POV head view, increase FOV, change weather, time of day etc...

8. If you want even better AA, you can go into Nvidia control panel and increase it there, or AMD control panel if you got that..

BE ADVISED!!! Please make a copy of your GTA IV folder before experimenting installing any more mods!! so you don't have to redo everything incase it doesn't work.
