Part 2 - More GTA IV in 2023, complete with the same 4K Hi-Res Textures from the first video, but this time with new missions as we start to progress through the story.

I tried to ignore Roman, but he wouldn't let me, so I had to go defend his honour in the middle of the night. Very dark on that playground!

With the new 4K Mod / Texture updates and the improved environments, this game really does clean up quite nicely.

I checked the version I'm running and I believe it's 2. something, and I'm hesitant to try the ICE Enhancer mod because it seems to be for versions 1.0.4.0 and 1.0.7.0...but then it says "EFLC (Episodes from Liberty City) and on all others....so does that mean higher versions as well?

I feel like i should try it out and if it fails i can always re-download and reinstall...
