1Say hello to Colleen Bixx. She's an Agent working for Section 31. And one of Cox's right-hand enforcers, alongside Sam Wiggins. Colleen Bixx is one of The Secondary Antagonists for the upcoming Doomsday Arc in the Future. And just like William Cox & Sam Wiggins, she's deadly and extremely ruthless. Colleen has a short temper, and she'll be in a killing mood if someone makes her angry. And she will take her anger and frustration out on innocent civilians and use them as Target practice. This woman is a complete psychopath, impatient, and insanely trigger-happy, as she shows no morals for human life except her job and herself. She's just pure evil, like her Boss, and colleagues in Section 31. So try not to get angry, or else you'll regret it.
