You’ll need 3 things...
1-A Kosatka w/Sonar or Toreador

2-A Scuba Suit. If you own a Kosotka it’ll come with one. If not, I highly recommend investing in one and saving it as an Outfit.

3-A Seabreeze. They’re not expensive (like $1.2 Million). I don’t believe you need a Hanger to own one but if so, I highly recommend you get one just for customizing/storing aircraft’s.

Step 1-Drive your Kosotka/Toreador

Step 2-Active the vehicles Sonar to reveal the caches (there will be 10 every day)

Step 3-Go to your map, locate the nearest cache and scroll over it.

Step 4-Zoom in and place a POINT OF INTEREST on it (Y on Xbox, TRIANGLE on PlayStation)

Step 5-Cycle through the 10 hidden caches by Pressing Right or Left on (D Pad on Xbox, Left Analog Stick on PlayStation) WHILST REPEATING STEP 4

Step 6-With your scuba Suit equipped, plot your course, set a waypoint to your first Cache stop and Fly to each location in your Seabreeze to collect the caches.

TIP-You can usually just nose dive into the water on top of the waypoint without damaging your Seabreeze.
