Actual method: You start with 350. Go and bet those on the green horse. If you lose, load your save. If you win, go save. You should have 4200. Repeat the process. You'll win 50400. Go save again...and so on, basically. Until you reach the point where you can bet $9,999,995, which is the highest possible amount you can bet in the game. That's when you know you have enough money. I mean, at least imho.
