Time Stamps:

00:00 - Failing "The Green Sabre" whilst obtaining the AP (All Proof) Sentinel and AP (All Proof) Sabre
08:10 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP Sentinel and AP Sabre

This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. If you play on the Definitive Edition, this is the ONLY AP Sentinel you can obtain since the second instance will not work!

The Minigun is NEEDED. Without it, you would never be able to damage the Sentinel AND Sabre enough before the Mission fails. The Minigun is the quickest way and does the most damage to the Sentinel and Sabre. A Minigun at this stage of the game can be found in THREE locations. One in Area 69 and two others in Las Venturas. One of the two locations is pretty safe in Las Venturas and easier to obtain the Minigun compared to another.

There's so many variations to obtain multiple Special Vehicles in this Mission. You can obtain the AP/EC2 Bravura alone, without the AP Sentinel. You could obtain the AP Sentinel alone, without the AP/EC2 Bravura. You could obtain the AP/EC2 Bravura together with an AP Sabre (not recommended) and you could just obtain an AP Sabre alone (not recommended). It's not possible to obtain the AP/EC2 Bravura, AP Sentinel, and AP Sabre at the same time. Even if it was, it's rather pointless for couple of reasons.

If you're only after the AP Sentinel and nothing else, you do NOT need a Minigun and can actually use a Micro SMG, SMG, AK-47, or M4. The Micro SMG and SMG must be used whilst you're in Drive-By Mode sitting in another Vehicle so you don't have to waste time reloading. The AK-47 and M4 can be used on foot, but you have to be very quick and precise. If you take too long, the Mission usually fails before the Sentinel was damaged enough and won't be AP. It takes many tries like that. In the end, Minigun is still best.

When you arrive to Sweet's location, put about 100 bullets of the Minigun into ANY Sentinel and ANY Sabre scattered around Sweet and the Gang Members. This is what actually "converts" the Sentinel and Sabre into AP form. Without doing this, they're not AP and if CJ enters them at ANY STAGE without doing this and have them smoking like that, the AP Properties will never be applied!

USUALLY I'd recommend getting the second instance of a Special Vehicle due to having more storage space later on, but in regards to the AP Sentinel, I actually RECOMMEND to get it from this Mission, but together with the AP/EC2 Bravura. It's much easier and quicker to get it from here and it doesn't exactly help to get it later on. Most likely, whether you obtained it in THIS Mission or later on, you'd still end up with the same amount of Special Vehicles in your collection, anyways. When you leave Los Santos, you can have a grand total of 29 Special Vehicles. I've always got everything I wanted and left with 27, and that is counting this AP Sentinel. No reason to skip it and get the second one! However, in regards to the AP Sabre, I absolutely recommend to skip this one and never obtain it. Obtaining the second instance of the AP Sabre is even easier and quicker! You'll have more storage space by then, too. Obtaining the AP Sabre from this Mission is NOT helping you save a Mission Attempt, either, because the second instance is not obtaining an AP Sabre alone, but along with two other Special Vehicles. That's where you'll save the Mission Attempt.

The Sentinel and Sabre featured in the Mission have Traffic Default Colors and change upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.

Fun Fact - A few years ago, someone actually claimed that obtaining these AND passing the Mission at the same time was possible. I've tried it, but it didn't work for me. After passing the Mission, they are always gone from the Garage. You can "go through the motions" of doing the Method and it works, but once you pass the Mission and go confirm them, you'll notice they won't be in the Garage and just gone every single time. It was reported to work on some PS2 Version of San Andreas. Maybe it does work, but only on a specific and unknown Version.

I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20946 (Version 1.03) of GTA San Andreas for PS2.
