This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, and Mobile since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It does NOT work for the Definitive Edition because CJ is blown up and wasted when the Greenwood blows up and the Mission fails. Luckily there is an ALTERNATIVE Method to obtain it on the Definitive Edition, however, it requires a Wasted Stat, unfortunately!

If you're on PC or Mobile, I suggest rapidly Pausing and Unpausing the game the entire time the Cops are shooting at the Greenwood. By doing this, the Greenwood's health can drop a LOT quicker, thus making this process VERY easy and done in very little attempts. On PC, you just hold Escape, but on Mobile, you will have to Pause and Unpause as quickly as you can. I also hear the same thing can get the job done on Xbox, but I have never tried it out myself.

What do you do if you're on PS2? Get lucky and have tons of patience. Plus, learn how to manipulate the Cops to shoot at the Greenwood more so the health drains as quickly as it can. Notice where I am aiming during the Railshooter Sequence of the Mission. Notice the Cops putting their arm out the window and shooting the Greenwood, but stopping at times. Depending on your camera angle and where you're pointing the AK-47, you can actually get them to shoot the Greenwood MORE. Over the years, I've also heard people talk about shooting the Greenwood itself to lower the health quicker. This doesn't exactly "work" and it's likely a placebo effect when you THINK it works. I show that in the Video a bit, in fact.

Even if the Greenwood blows up before the next Cutscene takes place and you're on PS2, the DP/EP/FP/MP Police will have vanished already because of the HORRENDOUS Draw Distance and CJ being "too far away" from it, thus it despawns. In the Video, this is probably the FURTHEST away from it that you can be, without it despawning on PS2. If you begin to go up the hill, you're already too far away from it! In other words, you will only be able to obtain it if you have the Greenwood explode on the same street the Police is coming out of the alley on. I've had the Greenwood explode sooner than this in previous times obtaining the Police, but not by much! On PC and Mobile (Xbox, too?) the Draw Distance is far greater, so the Greenwood actually CAN blow up further away, as you go up the hill and the DP/EP/FP/MP Police will STILL be there. Just keep the camera on it at all times whilst you run to it.

You may get overly excited, especially on PS2, when you finally destroy the Greenwood early enough and see the DP/EP/FP/MP Police there in the distance. Be careful not to destroy it with your bullets, of course! Also you can get very unlucky and have Ballas spawn around the area and actually destroy it, too. They begin to shoot at me in the Video, but I managed to escape successfully.

Without OM0, this is probably THE MOST or SECOND MOST taxing Special Vehicle in all San Andreas, especially when playing on PS2. It could take a long time to obtain, if ever, so you better have patience!

Pretty sure there's also an UNOBTAINABLE and INFERIOR EP/FP Police Maverick in this Mission, too.

Fun Fact - Any Police Vehicle that can activate Vigilante will acquire PP (Pop Proof) Tires! The PP Property is removed after you store it back inside of a Garage, but you can reapply the PP Property over and over.
