The Video is only 1080p downsampled from a 4k feed. Size reason and upload reason.
The Game natively on x360 runs at 1080p but with the double pixels on each horizontal and vertical it comes to a native 4k pixeldensity.

with 4k the Game runs pretty poorly on my GTX 1080ti between 40-50fps. in 1080p it runs 60.
there are still issues with the emulation however. like the light textures from cars.
