A very non-special way to celebrate 10,000 subscribers - a new SilentPatch progress video!

A feature which has always been in the game, but mostly unused due to the weird way it was implemented. Passengers would comment on CJ running over pedestrians but only if that caused enough damage to the vehicle they are in. Under those conditions, only Quadbike receives enough damage, and so the lines only worked there.

SilentPatchSA Build 30 modifies this feature by making those voice lines play when a ped is being ran over. If done this way, it works with any vehicle, even planes and helicopters!
