GTA V Enhanced PC: How to Transfer your Story Mode progress Right Now, Preload & System Requirements
221The Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced version for PC is finally releasing on March 4, 2025 as a Free Update. You can now pre-load the game from the Rockstar Games Launcher and Steam if you already own GTA V in your library. No pre-load available on the Epic Games Launcher. Epic Games players can download the game when it releases on March 4 from their library. The existing GTA V has been renamed to Grand Theft Auto V Legacy version.
Rockstar Games have also made it possible to start the migration process for transferring your current Story Mode save game slot to the Enhanced version by uploading it to your Rockstar Games account for downloading it later to the Enhanced version. In this video, I'll be showing you how to start the migration of your Story Mode progress. The GTA Online character progress transfer will be done from within the Enhanced version. More info on that when it releases.
