When im using Fraps the fps drop so badly.
when i using fraps, i get 20-28 fps in high - very high settings but when im not recording i can get 34 -43 fps in 768p .

I suggest to set your min & max processor state to 99% to prevent missing texture & set priority to high in task manager.
Dont forget to enable Dual graphics & set GTA V to high perfomance in switchable graphics.

Update : downgrade to Windows 7 will help you who experiencing missing texture..(100% works)
