For the 'Los Santos Customs' achievement in GTA V you need to apply every mod to a car. Just get a car and go to and Los Santos Customs shop and then when inside make sure that no mod category is left to 'Default' this includes bulletproof tyers, custom tyres, tyre smoke, as well as all of the stat mods. You don't need to apply the most expensive mod for the car (for example engine 1 will work just the same as engine 4). Once nothing is left to default leave the garage and the achievement should unlock.

Checlkist if it won't unlock:
- Tyre Smoke (can't be white)
- Window tint
- Custom Tyres
- Bulletproof tyres
- Engine
- Brakes
- Respray (sometimes 2 colours)
- Bumpers (front and rear)
- Exhaust
- Wheel type
- Wheel colour
- Transmission
- Turbo
- Spoiler
- Roll cage
- Bull bars
- Curb feelers
- Wheel arch extensions
- Grille
- Hoods/bonnets
- License plate (shouldn't matter)
- Lights (xenon)
- Roof rack
