This how to put / add ANY Mask on to ANY Saved Outfit, in GTA Online. This IS Confirmed on ALL 5 Gaming Systems as of 1.30.

-How to put / add ANY Mask on to ANY Saved Outfit, in GTA Online!(Confirmed as of 1.30)

~Once in an "Online Session" go and stand next to a Telescope,
(I am pretty sure ANY Telescope in game will work.)
~Once next to your Telescope open your "Interaction Menu" and go to "Inventory"-"Accessories" and scroll to "Masks" and put on the Mask that you want to Move to a different Outfit,
(Or if you have a Rare or Unobtainable/Glitched Mask then scroll to "Outfits" and Put on the Saved Outfit with the Mask that you want to Move to a different Outfit,)
~Now open your phone, and call "Simeon" and "Request a Job"(if you do not have a Job from Simeon already),
~Then once the Job arrives, open your phone again and open your Job List and erase all other jobs on your phone, to make this part easier,
~Now still on the phone go to "Quick Job" and scroll to "Contact Mission" press "X/A" and select "Alone" and press "X/A" until your phone closes,
~Then very quickly open your phone and scroll to your "Job List" and select and start that "Simeon" Job, again pressing "X/A" until your phone closes,
~Once your phone has closed, very quickly press "Right" on the D-pad to look into the Telescope,
~Once you are looking in the Telescope you just wait... ...wait for the Simeon Mission to load into the Pre~Mission Lobby,
~Now that you are in the "Pre-Mission Lobby" for that Simeon Mission simply press "Circle/B" to quit and then accept that,
~Then you will spawn back into your Apartment, looking in the Telescope, BUT THE OTHER WAY, LOOKING INTO YOUR APARTMENT, LOOKING AT YOU JUST STANDING THERE!, DON'T MOVE, DON'T TOUCH THE D-PAD!
~Now, still standing there, in Telescope View, open your "Interaction Menu" and go to "Inventory"-"Accessories" and scroll (up or down) to "Outfits" and press "X/A" to scroll to the Outfit you wish to put / add the Mask you choose earlier onto,(Do not use "Right" on the D-pad.)
~Then close your "Interaction Menu" and once it is closed, press "Right" on the D-pad to exit the Telescope,
~Once you leave the Telescope the Mask you choose earlier will reappear on the New Outfit you just choose,
~Now simply go to the "Outfit" section, and press "Square/X" to Edit Outfits, and press "X/A" to save the outfit,
~Enjoy!

TIPS:
~This does work to take the Special Gas (Chemical) Mask from the Bio Hazard / Chemical Suits and but them on ANY Outfit.
~You CAN now access this via your Interaction Menu, even once they Patch this Glitch!
~You can go this with literally ANY Mask from and to ANY Outfit.
