GTA VCS OM0 Special Vehicle Guide: PP Conversion
0Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA VCS! This Video will show you how to convert ANY Vehicle into PP (Pop Proof) from "Paramedics" and with the use of "Beach Patrol" with Mission Failure since it's the only way possible. Pop Proof means the Vehicle's tires can not be shot out by bullets and Spike Strips will not make them go flat.
Where Things Take Place in the Video:
1:15 - 2:15 - Setting up OM0 by activating Vigilante, exiting my Vehicle and standing on Rampage Icon, and then canceling Vigilante before driving to "Beach Patrol"
2:20 - 3:40 - While the Rampage is still on going, I enter the BF Injection to activate Beach Patrol and I continue to activate/cancel it until the game tells me that swimmers are in trouble and I need to go to the Coast Guard at which time I go get the Ambulance as the Rampage fails
3:45 - 4:55 - Taking the Ambulance to the Beach and parking it near the Coast Guard at which time I enter the Coast Guard, beach it, enter the Ambulance, drive-by kill the Coast Guard, and IMMEDIATELY activate Paramedics (if not done fast, the game crashes at this point) which teleports me back to the Beach where the BF Injection spawns
5:00 - 7:20 - Running on foot back to the Garage to fetch the Vehicle in which I want to convert into PP (in this case, an AP VCPD Cruiser) and enter it which makes Paramedics begin and then I drive to the Beach to dunk the AP VCPD Cruiser in the water while canceling Paramedics
7:25 - 9:25 - Pushing the AP/PP VCPD Cruiser out of the water and then driving it back to a Garage to store it
10:15 - 12:20 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the AP/PP VCPD Cruiser to show it off as well as proving the AP/PP Properties
***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA VCS.
Make sure you pass Vigilante Level 15, Paramedics Level 15, and Beach Patrol Level 15 BEFORE converting Vehicles into PP so it won't add any extra Mission Attempts to the Stats!
The reason why this is possible is because the game thinks you're using an Ambulance for Paramedics despite not using one and can use ANY VEHICLE YOU WANT. You can do this with an Ambulance without OM0. Just activate Paramedics and drive it into the water WITHOUT picking up a Patient and you'll have a PP Ambulance. OM0 allows you to just do this for any Vehicle besides the Ambulance now.
This PP Conversion will NOT delete any Properties from your Vehicle.
