GTA VCS OM0 Special Vehicle Guide: H Conversion
Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA VCS! This Video will show you how to convert ANY Vehicle into H (Heavy) from "Crash!" and with the use of "Beach Patrol" with Mission Failure since it's the only way possible. Heavy is referring to Vehicle's in which have a greater weight and can smash other Vehicles in traffic around without any effort.
Where Things Take Place in the Video:
1:20 - 2:10 - Setting up OM0 by activating Vigilante, exiting my Vehicle and standing on Rampage Icon, and then canceling Vigilante before driving to "Beach Patrol"
2:15 - 4:05 - While the Rampage is still on going, I enter the BF Injection to activate Beach Patrol and I continue to activate/cancel it until the game tells me that swimmers are in trouble and I need to go to the Coast Guard at which time I go to the Coast Guard, enter it, and drive to the back of the Film Studio while the Rampage fails
4:10 - 4:45 - When I reach the Dock behind the Film Studio, I exit the Coast Guard, enter the Coast Guard, and then exit the Coast Guard once more before making my way to the Coach before the Beach Patrol timer expires and when I enter the Coach, I cancel Beach Patrol during the entering animation (if not timed properly, the game crashes at this point) which teleports me back to the Beach where the BF Injection spawns
4:50 - 6:30 - Running on foot back to the Garage to fetch the Vehicle in which I want to convert into H (in this case, an AP VCPD Cruiser) and enter it which makes Crash! begin and then I simply cancel Crash!
7:10 - 10:50 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the H/AP VCPD Cruiser to show it off as well as proving the H/AP Properties
***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA VCS. You absolutely MUST EXIT, ENTER, EXIT the Coast Guard when you arrive at the Dock BEFORE you head to the Coach on PS2! On PSP, you can arrive to the Dock, exit the Coast Guard, and head to the Coach. Don't forget the extra, tiny step for PS2!
Make sure you pass Vigilante Level 15, Beach Patrol Level 15, and Crash! BEFORE converting Vehicles into H so it won't add any extra Mission Attempts to the Stats!
The reason why this is possible is because the game thinks you're using a Coach for Crash! despite not using one and can use ANY VEHICLE YOU WANT. You're basically taking the H Property from the Coach and applying it to any Vehicle you want.
This H Conversion will NOT delete any Properties from your Vehicle.
If you convert any Bike into H, the WP (Water Proof) Property will also be applied to it, as well.
The best Special Vehicles in VCS that are contenders for this H Conversion would be the AP VCPD Cruiser, DP/EP/FP Mule, AP PCJ-600, and AP/EC2 Comet. You could throw in the AP/EC/EC2 Sentinel XS's if you want, as well.
Fun Fact - If I am not mistaken, this Conversion also adds the TD (Triple Damage) Property to your Vehicle when you convert it into H form. What this means is that you can collide with objects and your Vehicle will withstand up to THREE TIMES the amount of damage before it begins to smoke, catch fire, and blow up. It is a REAL Property and it DOES save in the Garages of VCS, as well as LCS.
