First i'm sorry for the poor mic quality.
The overclock is based on a Geforce 1060 reference model , but it can be easely applied to any 1060 that has no factory overclock, and even with those you can undervolt without issues.
Of course you can choose lower voltages, but it will most likely become unstable and crash, if so just remember to reset and restart you overclock work in the msi afterburner panel.
