Watch Dogs Tested with the GTX 1060 at 1440p.

FPS Monitoring : MSI Afterburner

There's always a 2-4 FPS hit when using gameplay recorders, so keep that in mind.

Game Settings : Everything set to Ultra at 2560 x 1440 screen resolution, 8x MSAA and V-Sync is turned off.

PC Specs :
CPU - Intel Core i7 6700K @ 4.0 GHz
GPU - MSI Geforce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 Gaming X Edition
RAM - 8 GB DDR4 2400 MHz ( Corsair Vengeance LPX )
Mobo - MSI Z170A Gaming Pro

The result was quite unexpected as the 1060 wasn't able to manage even 40+ FPS at some points but this happened coz of 8x MSAA which is too much for the 1060 but at 4x MSAA, this game runs at 50+ FPS. So it's better to run any game below 8x MSAA with the GTX 1060 if you are playing at 1440p. But actually there's no need of MSAA at that resolution.
