Passive:
no natural crits, instead burst of shock damage which scales with crit rating
can parry non-contact attacks
while his ability accuracy is below 100% for 3+s, he inflicts a shock debuff 15%atk per second. cannot be affected by ability accuracy

starts each fight with an indefinite armor up buff, if removed has a 14s cooldown

force field:
charges are indefinite, up to 3 charges. charges 4 and above last 16s
while an armor up is active, well-timed blocks against specials grant 100% perfect block over 0.5s, each perfect block grants 2% power
while an armor up is active, 15% chance per force field charge, to auto-block specials. (+15% vs mutants), this is considered a well-timed block. and maxes out at 75%
