122Welcome to the Tower of the Mad Mage. This challenging Trial is still very viable for farming loot and gaining the best Lionheart weapons. However with more and more people wishing to run it, and the Dps requirement to be above a lot of players, people have decided to bring solo tanks in the group, since it is very possible to do so and thus you can have 7 dps in the group.
In this video I do my best to show how I solo tank on my Paladin, what I use, when and why. Hopefully this can be helpful for those of your wishing to learn solo tanking on your Paladin. Even as tanking on another class, this can most likely help you out with positioning ect.
With Mod 19 came 3 new weapon sets, but Solo tanking ToMM is still be a very valuable skill, as the Lionheart weapons are still be one of the best weapon sets, the next being from the new Trial Zariel, which I highly recommend getting the Lionheart weapons first before attempting. If you prove yourself to be a worthy solo tank, there are many groups you'd be able to join and hopefully help succeed in conquering Halaster.
