1. You need 2 controllers
2. Mutators: Super Reload, Infinite Ammo and one hard mutator. Play on Insane. (x2.50 and x0.60 extra for final score)
2. On the end of the chapter leave one locust, then with your main profile stand next to the gate and with your second profile kill the last locust, you will get a checkpoint and what's left is to finish a chapter and restart a checkpoint. You need to do it 240 times more for Number 1 and Aficionado medal and 500 more for Survivalist!
