Another little mini event, it works like this:

1.Kill bandits to get a item called Encoded Orders to drop from them.

2.Bring this item to Shining Blade Officer Ralan in Divinity’s Reach near the Palace WP.

3.He will assign you a bandit champion out of the five to hunt down. Checking the contract will show you where the bandit event happens. If you are not sure check for Supply crates, that is the sign that one of these events will take place there.

4.Defeat the champion from the contract and your rewards will be sent to you.

5.Encoded Orders only can be obtained once per day, so you can only fulfill one contract from Ralan a day, not counting the first day you start this. So you'll have to repeat this process 3 times or more, the last achievement is a repeatable if you want more war supplies.

6.The exact spawn times are random but usually it's every ten minutes one of the bandit champions should come back up on the map.

The five Bandit champions are:

Ruye the Crimson-Near Fort Salma in the North-West in Kessex Hills.

Vic the Iron- Eastern Divinity Dam in Queensdale.

Zirh the Venomous-West of Clayents Falls in Queensdale.

Flyrra the Remorseless-Near the Scotta's Bandits POI in In Brisban Wildlands.

Aerl the Silent-Around Highwayman's Vale in Brisban Wildlands.

I am not sure if war supplies can contain anything really interesting. I was kinda disappointed Rare veggie pizza was the rarest thing I've gotten but oh well..One more the rewards may not be worth it but it's interesting.

Really wish they'd let us choose which type of mastery to obtain too. I don't really want any Tyrian mastery nor do I have much use for it.

It's also rather odd it forces the 64-bit client upon you but..it seems to be working ok. I didn't run into any problems just yet.
