The Cat NPC can be found in WvW Borderlands where the jumping puzzles are located. You don't have to complete the jumping puzzle. It is just in the same location.

All locations give you the different colours: pink, red, purple, green, teal, blue, orange, yellow & white.

Yellow Catmander in the Desert Borderlands

They cost:
- 150g + 250 Badges of Honor (with original commander tag)
