Gems are the in-game currency required to make purchases from the Gem Store. Gems can be used to buy, cosmetics for your character, toys, boost, and upgrades to your account. You can also trade a certain amount of gold you have for gems, and vice versa, at the Currency Exchange. To navigate to the gem store, press “O” on your keyboard. It should be noted that gems can be paid for with real world money as well as in game world currency.
