To make a group for any and all dungeon runs, utilize this website:

Hit up Citadel of Flame with a group. Do path 1 and 2, or path 1 over and over for Badges. Utilize Gold Find equipment and Omnomberry Bars for increased Silver. Use several characters, if you have any, to complete the dungeon runs as well.
Each run nets you badges. First run nets you 60, than 20, than 10, than 20, ect. You get 60 per Path, every 24 hour period (8PM EST). Badges are Account Bound, so they can be shared on all characters.
Go to Lions Arch and speak with the Citadel of Flame Merchant. Buy the level 70 gear that cost 30 Badges. Use a Master's Salvage Kit which can purchased from the Standard Merchant near the Bank. If you're lucky, you will obtain an Ecto Plasm. These items are used for a variety of recipes but are also worth selling if you need Gold. Selling Ecto's and spamming Dungeons will net you major income in just a few hours.
Boring? Yes. Worth it? Yes.
