The key for boss fight is stability. Boss's every 3rd attack will cause stun.
So either bring your own stability or ask for team stability. You can also dodge at every 3rd attack.

Another key is to CC when boss span big aoe. The entire team needs to CC as soon as possible, otherwise there is a high chance to get wiped. The boss will span aoe at 50% and maybe around 25% so watch for that.
