So apparently, there is an error message that your screenshot folder is full when you try to screenshot in Guild Wars 2. I just found the issue. And it's pretty easy to fix. Just disable your anti-virus and "voilà"! :)

NB: Anti-Virus ( like Avast ) sometimes blocks games or application due to "un-reckognised" transfer from a game to your desktop. It's trying to protect you but again, Avast is an algorithm or any anti-virus. It just do what it does. Just disable it or put the game " Guild wars 2" in the "exceptions". It should work.
