With the updates to the Lunar New Year event this year in Guild Wars 2, we've seen a reduction in the amount of Divine Lucky Envelopes we can outright obtain each day, reducing the amount we can immediately purchase down to 8, with the remaining 8 being purchasable with the use of Tokens of the Celestial Champion.
