This is the new story instance, "A Moment's Peace" you will have access to after attempting to fight both the Great Jungle Wurm and the Twisted Marionette, you do not NEED to beat them but you need to partake in the events and attempt to complete them in order to unlock access to this instance in Lion's Arch.

This instance is quite nice actually, finally players can read up on Scarlet's story in game with the Scholar NPC a the start and we learn a bit more about this new Destiny's Edge style group, we see tension, Marjory trying to figure out who E is, development and the introduction of the Asura Taimi, a young Asuran who has a keen interest in Scarlet. She is one who believes Scarlet isn't totally insane and has theories on why Scarlet may be doing all of this.

To progress to the story instance though it is required to get 50 power cores from the probes that are appearing across the world in places like Lornar's Pass and Bloodtide Coast.

My only complaint is Rox doesn't remember we helped with Tequatal and Marjory doesn't seem to remember the many times we worked with her from Dragon Bash to the end of the Toxic Tower content. I did miss the Tower Tower content for the most part but Marjory should remember me easily since I did do the Dragon Bash story.
