Uploading this for those who don't feel like grinding the fragments or just for those curious, this is a video on Scarlet's Secret Lair! So yes there WILL be spoilers quite obviously since this video shows off Scarlet's journal and the foreshadowing you receive once you type the code into the console after opening all 5 chests and reading the journal.

To enter you will need 50 power Core Components. You get these by destroying energy probes throughout the world AND you get 10 free ones by discovering the location of Scarlet's Lair via the achievement. So you only need to get 40 really.

After that, put them together to get the Power Core, easy. Next you'll need 25 code fragments of the Watchwork,Aetherblade,Toxic,Molten and Scarlet's Lockbox code fragments. Once you have all of those, you can open all the chests and get each piece of the journal. Put the journal together and you'll be able to hear Scarlet narrating her descent into madness, giving much needed insight on the character. It also gives you the access code which you find by taking note of the rAndom letters she capitalizes.

You get the fragments by partaking in the Twisted Marionette fight and if your server is constantly winning it'll be easy, if not you'll have to make use of the chests from the failed attempts and the drops from the mobs as they will give you code fragments.

While A-Net did blunder with the early Living Story, this is a step in the right direction IMO. Comparing it to Game of Thrones though is still nuts and should NOT be done, please note that GW2 writers. People are speculating it's good old Primordus who did this to her but some think maybe it is the unnamed Jungle Dragon since Primordus doesn't seem to corrupt living things like the other Dragons do.
