Not really optimal, but kinda strikes a good balance between consistency, damage, resources and ease of use: HM is common enough, 6h into pull is valuable and 50 meter for additional damage and hard knockdown is not that expensive for Asuka - he already generates meter pretty fast. Also works on heavies, as you can see.
