Every once in a while I encounter players that seem to be able to input moves in a way where the character seems to move faster than it does for everyone else. I dunno what's going on here, is it a Hitbox controller perhaps? Whatever the cause they are a nightmare to fight because it feels like they are moving out of pace to what I am expecting.
