You gotta be right in front of their face for it to work, pushback is the biggest limiter for this tech. Otherwise seems pretty consistent once you get used to it. Throw damage (80) hardly seems like a good trade for one bar on the surface, but you get oki and minimize the risk after moves like stun dipper, so it seems pretty useful. You could probably get PRC after cancelling into taunt, but I'm not sure there are any practical routes for Ky, we'll see.
