I'm not sure about the balance changes, but I think Jam is a lot weaker here compared to her Accent Core+ version.

Boss I-No is so ruthless in story mode with her humongous damage and regenerating health. The only way to score a victory against her is by using an Instant Kill.

I would also like to say that I'm a complete noob at this game, although I have a bit of experience from playing Accent Core+ back when there's a PS2 console at work. I picked Jam immediately as I like her speed and rushdown playstyle.

Oh dear. I made an error in trimming scenes so I ended up deleting Millia's fight and dialogue with Johnny. My bad.
