The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball is less than a month away and to keep the hype train going, Cartoon Network has released the new opening that is an upgrade in every single way. It’s not just an improvement in animation quality but the actual structure of the sequence, it now kinda tells a story about Gumball, the Wattersons and the city of Elmore! At least, more of a story than the first one. I thought it’d be fun to breakdown and compare the original intro to the new intro just so we can all fully appreciate the glow up!
