Here's how you can use your HOC - I'm n00b so I use 3. LOL. Shortly after this recording I did some recording and experiments, seems that you only need 1 HOC to get the job done. :D

I highly recommend BGM-71 for shield breaking, that's the only HOC you need. Next would be AGS-30 for me. 2B14 does more damage though.

As for fairy I used taunt fairy (damage absorption) at first to only realize that taunt fairy makes the situation worse as it triggers the Gundam (Doppelsoldners) to lob missiles earlier. Use other fairies, and damage them ASAP.
