This is the unedited play session of my first time working on Very Difficult Mode in the dip switch settings. This is the Maximum difficulty setting. I recently beat and did a tutorial on normal mode for this game, which was INSANE to beat. This is definately another level of difficulty as bullets are now faster and much more frequent from what I can tell.
This is ROM version "US,860408" . The main difference with this ROM from the version I beat on "Normal" is that the order of the third and sixth stages is swapped. Meaning the insanely difficult Indian Chief is now the third boss, and the Ninja is the 6th boss. The good thing is that the Indian Chief was the hardest boss in the game for me. So if I get past this part I have a good chance of clearing this difficulty mode. There is also a trick for the 5th boss that I did not know originally, which should work well. I had one attempt where I got the Indian down to half health, but it can still take many hours to break through this boss. On normal it took over 9 hours for me to beat that one boss checkpoint.
I will post up the edited version with most of the deaths removed as well as another tutorial if I complete this mode.
