This is a quick guide to show you the path you need to follow to get the gold time. You will get 2 achievements.

Ash Training Course Silver 2AP and Gold 3AP. Note AP = Achievment Points.

To get Gold you need to finish in 1 min but as you saw at 0:50 my time was 0.50sec meaning 10esc faster than the required time.

It might take some pratice but you should be able to do it with this path.
